Following an excellent year of growth for Valtus UK, Alexandra Taylor joins us as Talent Lead, shaping an integral part of our strategic plan to deliver superior interim management solutions.

With a rich and varied 15-year track record in international talent acquisition, Alexandra brings a wealth of expertise to our team, enabling us to continue to build upon our achievements to date. Working closely with the partners, Alexandra will be responsible for scaling our delivery function, maximising efficiencies, and ultimately ensuring our clients are serviced to the highest levels.

Alexandra will leverage her extensive experience to identify hard-to-find talent solutions. Her approach is grounded in data and insights, which she will employ to enhance processes and engage effectively with stakeholders.
