When you join our carefully selected group of interim managers, you will be able to leverage your experience and help companies adapt more effectively to the ever-changing business world.

If a specific assignment comes up that fits your profile, we will check if the assignment is of interest to you and if you are available for the requested window.

A preliminary meeting will then be set up with a member of the Talent & Operations Team, followed by the Valtus partner in charge of the assignment who will present a detailed overview of the project. You will then  meet with the client, who will make the final selection.

With Valtus you are getting a partner that will help you get started smoothly and efficiently and also support you over the long-term utilising our robust methodology.
