Olivier graduated from Sciences-Po in Paris and EM Lyon Business School. He started his career at L’Oréal in Germany and then in the UK in Marketing and Commercial functions. He then held leadership roles at the Spanish Group Puig, a key player in the Premium fragrance arena (with brands like Paco Rabanne, Jean-Paul Gaultier or Christian Louboutin). Managing Director of the Swiss and then UK subsidiary, he led the organisation to substantial growth and managed a £120M+ business.

Olivier has a strong experience in the consumer goods sector and been involved in several transformation and integration projects during his senior roles; he has an international background allowing him to understand cultural dynamics and global challenges, speaking French, English, German and some Spanish.
