Philippe Soullier

Chairman

Philippe is among the initial pioneers in interim management in France. A graduate of the ESCEM business school in France, he founded Valtus in 2001 after fifteen years in senior management roles in finance and operations with several large, anglo-saxon corporations.

“I based my ideas for Valtus on the observation that on the one hand, companies needed experienced leaders to anticipate a changing world, while on the other, there were a lot of high level skills underutilized in the same companies. My ambition was to make both situations better, and to create a virtuous cycle for our economy. This is what we do. And it happens above all by listening, respecting and helping our client achieve the success they need, and by providing our interim managers with the projects that perfectly fit their skill set…”
