Graduated from Sciences Po Paris, Yann-Etienne Le Gall has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. He began his international career at Schlumberger, where he held various positions within the Human Resources department, before joining Forvia, formerly Faurecia, as Vice President in charge of HR development. He then became HR Director of Groupe Rocher, where he took part in transforming the group into the first mission-driven company before being appointed Deputy Managing Director. He joined Valtus in 2023.
